I am facing a problem in my PC (Windows 10) which displays the error "The procedure entry point RtlQueryEnvironmentVariable could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Windows\SYSTEM32.DLL". This error occurs in every program like chrome.exe, vlc.exe, etc.( i.e. except for those which were automatically installed with the OS) whenever I try to run them. Can anyone please help me?

There is a System32 directory, but there is no legitimate system32.dll. I would say you probably have malware.
