yes, this is very good software, but even with this software not all entries are removed.

I'd suggest you do a file search for the name of the program and/or manufacturer and sometimes you will find those files under the C:\users\yourusername\AppData\Local

In Control Panel > Folder Options, you need to uncheck the Show Hidden Files and Folder entries to access this folder.

If you're familiar with the registry, you could go to Start > Run, and type Regedit.

Now perform a search on bother company name and program name to locate other entries left behind

In most cases the lefover entries are under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software.

You need to create a restore poin before doing the above.
