We are going to install a VoIP system in our office from ThinkTel Communications. We are looking for software-based VoIP service. Our company is a distribution firm. We are using the Windows 10 operating system on our computers. We are facing some issues with this OS. Some applications are not working with this system. I think Windows 7 is more better. What do you think? Or do you have any other operating systems to suggest? Please help with your replies

Some applications are not working with this system.
Have you tried using compatibility mode?

You can right click on the start up exe, choose properties, compatibility and check the box as well as choosing an os you know the app works under.
