I bought a new dell laptop of model inspiron n5010. It works with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit OS. I installed all the other drivers and softwares. I cannot find a way to work the Wifi. I tried to install the wifi driver R252283 from dell official site, but when i'm installing it i got an error message
"The software you are attempting to install is not supported on this system. The software will not be installed."
I cannot install the driver. When i checked the device manager, under others devices there are two unknown devices,
" Network Controller" &
"PCI Communication Controller".
I don't know what are these two. How can i able to make the Wifi work..?????? Any help????????
