How can i disable windows updates forever?

Follow these steps:

Press the Windows logo key + R at the same time to invoke the Run box.
Type services.msc and press Enter.
Scroll down to Windows Update, and double-click it.
In Startup type, select Disabled. Then click Apply and OK to save the settings.

I didnt ask for a opinion.
And if i learned something over the years of using windows(snc win98) than that is that there is always a way.

Not an opinion at all. You just shouldn't disable them. They're there to keep you secure and your data safe.

Maybe that step s not enough. You should need Disable in
Configure Automatic Updates by using local Group Policy Win logo key+R>>gpedit.msc

Another, using stopupdate10 app. disable update win10 by one click and otherwise
