📎 AI Summary:
The forum thread discusses issues with updating Windows 10 to version 1903, particularly related to RST (Rapid Storage Technology) compatibility problems. The original poster and others share that despite installing the correct RST version, the update still fails, with one contributor noting a Windows glitch as a potential cause. A later comment suggests that the failure might be related to invalid activation or lack of administrator privileges, which was confirmed by the original poster as a possible solution. Overall, the thread reflects troubleshooting efforts and eventual identification of permission issues as key factors.

Asker 2 WI Hawe others ask : I guess Samu says that he was already following the instructions and installed a new version and still can't update his operating system. Same thing I did, I installed the recommended Intel RST version 15.9.6.1044 but still complain about the same problem.
