Windows 7 7 to 8

Hello
Win 7 Home premium, i5,6GB
Is it better to download the Windows 8 iso file to desktop, use my burner to burn it to dvd or folow the steps i just found;
Download the file, install and run it. Click tools and select burn image and choose the iso file?
Thank you for helping me choose so I don't make an error.

You might get faster results down in the Windows 8 forums.
