My computer doesn't give me an option to install windows 10. I'm using Windows 8.1 on a HP laptop, and reserved my copy at the start of the month. My friend told me they got theirs by looking at the Windows update center, so I went there. I had a few updates to install, so I did then (including the optional) And about 6 hours later I still don't have a notification to install windows 10. When I click on the notification on the bottom to reserve, it just gives me the option to get notified when I can install it. I have also checked the file in my program files ($Windows.~BT or something like that) and it has about 6.12GB worth of files in it. Every other computer in my house now has Windows 10 and I don't have a notification. Help.
