I have two hard drives each partitioned into two. Drives C:,F:,G:, and H:. After a clean install of 7 to C: will F,G, and H still be as they are? In other words can I back up all my stuff to F,G or H?

The install only messes with the partition you indicate. Just make sure you know which one you are looking at, and I normally double check the partition size to make sure it is correct.
