Windows 7 Windows XP OEM x64 -> Windows 7 x64 upgrade?

I got that special $30 offer for students a while back (Windows 7 Professional) and I was wondering if I will still be able to upgrade from XP knowing that I have an OEM version of XP x64 Professional ( and yes, I know I have to do a clean install).

System Version:

Microsoft Windows XP
Professional x64 Edition
Version 2003
Service Pack 2

You will have to do a fresh install of Windows 7. Win7 is not upgradeable from XP 64, only Vista 64 bit.

In fact I beleive Win 7 (any version) is not upgradeable from any XP version.
