An option in your registry has been customised or corrupted. You can manually edit or try the attached, which will hopefully do it for you.

1. What is your Windows 7 Edition ?
2. Have you modified any registry entries, whether manually or with the help of a certain tweaker ?
3. Does your windows user account have the administrator privileges?
4. Try a new administrator type account.

windows7 ultimate
oneday i used uniblue system tweaker after i uninstall it..

winows7 ultimate
one day i used uniblue system tweaker after i unistalled it .....
