When you see Windows,
a real PC did it.

Our tutorial videos show you real screens. A real Windows PC runs every step while a recorder films it. The voice, the captions and the diagrams are made by the AI. They look nothing like a Windows screen, so you always know which is which.

Three things: the screen is real, the rest is clearly made, and every picture is checked before you see it.

Chapter 01

Real

The screen is a real Windows PC. Only a short list of moves ever touches it.

01

You are watching a real PC

Our tutorial videos show you a real Windows PC. Real screen, real clicks, real menus. The AI drives it through each step while a recorder films the screen.

What you watch is what really happened. We never generate screen footage. You get the same buttons, in the same places, with the same words on them. If you can see it in our video, you can find it on your own PC.

Nothing on that screen is drawn, faked or made up.

02

It only knows ten moves

The AI driving that PC has ten moves, and no more. It can open a settings page. It can click a button, type, scroll, wait and take a picture of the screen. There is no move for running a command, and no move for installing anything.

Before it clicks anything, it reads the name on the button. Delete, Reset, Uninstall, Restart, Format, Sign out and Forget are never clicked. You get the steps you asked for, and nothing gets wiped.

If a move is not on that list, it cannot happen.

Chapter 02

Made

The voice, the captions and the diagrams are ours. Every picture has to pass a check.

03

The voice and the captions

The voice you hear is made by the AI. So are the captions and the diagrams. None of them looks like a Windows screen, so you can tell them apart at a glance. You never have to wonder if what you are looking at is a real screen.

We make the voice first. Then we listen back to the finished audio and write the captions from that. The words you read always match the words you hear.

Turn the captions on and read along. They follow the voice word for word.

04

Every picture is checked

Each picture is checked before it goes in. We match it to the step it belongs to. If it shows the wrong screen, we throw it out. You will never find a picture that belongs to some other step.

A video needs at least five good pictures. If fewer pass, we make no video at all. You still get the written guide, with no video on it.

We would rather show you nothing than show you the wrong thing.

Chapter 03

Published

Two good pictures, or none at all. And a person looks before a long film is built.

05

Two good pictures, or none

Our written guides get real pictures too. The same PC takes them. Each one carries a single mark to show you where to look. It is the same mark and the same colour in every guide, so you learn it once.

A guide gets four pictures at most, and it needs two good ones. If only one picture passes the check, you get none at all.

Open any guide. Every picture in it came off a real screen.

06

A person looks before it goes out

Before we build a longer film, a person looks at every still and every clip laid out on one sheet. Anything weak stops there.

Then the film is built once and scored. It goes out if it is good enough. If it is not, you never see it. A person sees every long film before you do.

You only ever see the films that were good the first time.

Four things worth knowing

You are watching a real machine

When our video shows Windows doing something, a real Windows PC did it. Real screen, real clicks, real menus. We never generate screen footage. You can follow along on your own PC and find the same buttons in the same places.

Chapter 01

It only knows ten moves

The AI driving that PC has ten moves. It reads the name on a button before it clicks. Delete, Reset, Uninstall and Restart are never clicked. If a move is not on the list, it cannot happen.

Chapter 01

Captions match what you really hear

We make the voice first. Then we listen back to the finished audio and write the captions from that. Turn them on and read along. They follow the voice word for word.

Chapter 02

A wrong picture is worse than none

Every picture is checked against the step it belongs to. Bad ones are thrown out. If too few are left, the guide goes out with no pictures and no video. You never get a confident voice over the wrong screen.
