Debatable... Whilst it's true the users have all posted links but it's in keeping with the thread and advice is offered each time as well their being free to use versions on each link. Usually in cases such as these we test their ip and if it's ok we monitor the user in case more links are posted in which case they'll be dealt with. It's more work for us but a fairer system.

Update:
IP's checked and all passed. Users will still be monitored though due to the nature of their first post.
