Solution
Google Native Client is unsupported since Unity 4.3This page and the Unity links should give you some info:
External Resource Directory - The Chromium Projects
"Google Native Client support is not functional in Unity 4.3. If you need to publish to Native Client you can still use Unity 4.2.2."

Downloadable Client
Chrome OS doesn't run executable files such as .exe (for Windows) nor .app (for Mac). As such, downloadable client will not be an option.
Browser Plugin
In order to play within the browser, the NPAPI plugin known as Unity Web Player is required. Unfortunately, Google deprecated and dropped the support for it.
is it true or not?
