Hello

I cant connect to a certain WiFi network. I enter the password, says I cant connect. I turn WiFi off and on, restart my phone and it still doesnt work. I have never had problems with that WiFi before since I factory reset my Windows Phone.

Also my phone cant turn off unless I take the battery out.

Thank you

You might want to contact the windows phone manufacturer directly, because it sounds like a phone issue rather than a windows issue.
