How to Disable Annoying Authentication Pop-Ups on My Device?

Every time I want to do certain things a pop up appears that ask me for authentication How do I disable this feature it is more irritating than the Windows UAC

If it's not Windows UAC what program is the pop ups coming from? Can you post a screen shot?

Yes instaed of running it in Windows with Mint4win, I created a partition for it and did a full install. I am still learning. I need to learn how to install sounds for various functions, and how to load different cursors .
I do not like a plain white cursor. It is somewhat user friendly not as user friendly as W7 but learning keeps my old mind a bit sharper
