I just downloaded this file through a article Ars Technica discussing how the Chinese government posted a list of Microsoft's mobile device patent's before they agreed to let them buy Nokia's cellphone division. I converted the Chinese language document into English with Word 2013. Here's a copy of it. Meh software patents are a joke and are only there for Microsoft to own the system and kill anything that is not them.
