    Windows 7 Creating Communications Ports in Windows 7 for PCI Card Usage

    Is there any way to create comm ports in windows 7? I have a PCI card that requires a communications port. I don't see anything in hardware device that has com ports.... Hope this is the appropriate place for this thread. :(
