    Windows Vista My cd/dvd/rw player -icon doesn't

    I just upgraded my one year old Dell from XP to Vista, and everything seems to work fine, but only station C: and discdrive A: shows in my computer window. How can I get the CD/DVD-drive-icon to show up as well? When I check the driver it seems to be OK. The sound from the web and iTunes is OK...

    Windows Vista Mapping network problem

    Hi I have problem with getting in to my network drive. I'm using windows Vista Ultimate 32-bit, when i try to map to network drive. It prompt out error Z:\ Application not found. I can access the network drive by go to start - run - input the ip address. Please help. Thanks

    I have a Presario x1000 laptop, that meets and exceeds the Vista min requirements. My DVD drive for some reason refuses to recognize the Vista DVD. Like it doesn't exist. It reads other DVDs, and my Dell laptop loads the Vista DVD just fine. Does anyone know how to solve this conundrum?
