error message

When I change into High Definition Audio Device there is this error message. Is this safe for me to change?

I'm installing my Microsoft account on a tablet PC and was able to get to the security text message and got this message: I'm not sure what limit I exceeded. All I was doing was installing my Microsoft account on a tablet PC running Windows 10. Has anybody else seen this message?
