Recently Windows 7 wants to format FAT and FAT32 USB thumb drives or SD cards when they are put in. I wont format to FAT and wont read them either. I can not format them I need whats on them and maybe put more on them. It read them about a month ago with no problem and I haven't installed...

I upgraded to windows 7 a while back and have several issues. One is if my computer is on and I plug in my memory stick Windows does not read it. Only when I reboot will I be able to read the memory stick which is very annoying. Thoughts?
