flickering

Hi all, I am new to this community and it is good to see an active forum for Windows 7. I just installed Windows 7 64 bit few days ago and all seems to be working fine. Two days ago I bought a new Acer X233H 23" monitor and use it as dual monitor with my existing Viewsonic VA1912w 19" monitor...

Immediately after POST the screen goes black and flickers a little. It's an intermittent problem, once in a while I can get the computer to power on completely with no problems, but it's very rare. If it does power on completely, it has no problems after that, I've completely reinstalled windows...

Whats the deal with this? no support out for it yet or am i doing something wrong? Im not your average computer user but im never touched vista nor windows 7 til now. I've been on xp pro the whole time and had no problems. Link Removed due to 404 Error For some reason i cant get it to get out...
