I am Window 7 Home Premium user and want to install a Japanese software. The installation window looks ????????? and does not show Japanese. I tried to download Microsoft Language Interface Packs (LIPs) but Japanese is not available. What should I do?

i am planning to get an alienware m11x from japan. however it will be install with japanese version of 64 bit windows7 Home Premium. Can i re install it to english version or any direct link to change my japanese version to englisg version. thanks

I recently bought a new netbook that came with Windows 7 Starter installed. I want to be able to type in Chinese and Japanese. Is that something that the Starter edition can do or do I need the full version? Also is it even advisable to install full Windows 7 on a netbook? Thanks.
