I have Windows 8.0 and I do not want to upgrade to 8.1, but I keep getting this message coming up (sorry its upside down !). Can amyone help me get rid of this message please.

On starting up an error window opens saying a file cannot be located.
file is
C:\PROGRA~2\FA8CADA7.cpp
How do I either stop this message or replace the file that cannot be found?
On Windows XP NetSend could broadcast a message to all systems on your network. Can the Windows 7 MSG do the same thing and if so how?
The help for MSG says this:

My three PC's are all in homegroup, but when i do "msg * text" the message only goes to the PC thats sends .. for example .. if from my laptop i do that cmd .. the msg only returns to me .. why my other PC's dont get the message?

I have been getting a small, black postcard sized, message(?) that pops up for about a nanosecond. Too short to read what it says or click on it. Is there a way to view this? Or get rid of it?
