I sometimes watch videos like deleting the program files folder, setting date to crazy big values and breaking win 11/10 every other possible way. In many cases modern windows starts slowly transforming into win 7/XP. Like alt-tab menu from XP, task manager from 7 and other weird things
I wonder...

Hi there,
I have installed Win10 on my laptop & also python, brave browser & putty.
The windows folder is 45GB so, I think I might have a previous build or old version saved somewhere - I don't know.
Is there a way of checking?
Many thanks
John
Hi,
In the beginning I had XP installed and then Win7 in dual boot.
Dual boot I could not undo and upgraded Win7 to Win10. After a Win10 crash, I couldn't do any repair. I reinstalled Win10 on another partition.
My question is if I can just delete the older versions and just keep working with...
Assume I have a notebook with Win10 v1803.
Now I would like to upgrade this Win10 to ONLY (!) Win10 v1903 but NOT the newest v1909.
Is this possible?
How can I avoid beeing upgraded to newest v1909?
Peter

So today I went to the windows disk cleanup on my laptop which only has 32GB of storage on it, and it said that I could get 3.9 TB back and that seems impossible since it is 32GB model. It turns out that the thing that was 3.9 TB was the old windows versions that it saved apparently. But it...

As I'm sure many of you already know, older Windows versions 95/98/XP had a way of soft-rebooting Windows; it essentially allowed you to reboot the system without actually turning the machine off.
In the older versions, I believe you just held the shift button down after clicking Restart until...

I seemed to have collected a bunch of Microsoft Visual C ++ 2XXX Redistributable and Microsoft .NET Framework on my computer. Is it cool for me to uninstall all of the older ones and just keep the newest one?
Was visiting Wzors site and found these 7700.0.100122-1900_x64fre_client_en-us-GRMCXFRE_EN_DVD.iso screen shots.
Early Windows 8 builds? Or maybe just SP1 betas? Any ways these builds are post-RTM.
