I did a clean install of Windows 10 Pro Anniversary x64 last week and I'm having numerous issues with it.

Searched bu could not find any reference to this.
Before upgrading to 8.1 I had a cool Photo Viewer. It was the default viewer so I do not have an app name.
When I selected Photos from the main Start screen, there would be 10 to 15 photos on the screen at the same time and different sizes...
