I have been scanning documents from my printer, HP deskjet F4480, it scans okay but does not save to a scanned docment file but to my pictures!! It shows up as a 'flower' instead of the document, what gives here? Also when I download pictures feom my camera, they also show up as "flowers"...

I'm running Windows seven and can't view the attached pics that are sent in emails. I get the white box with the red x in the upper left hand corner. I can view videos just fine. Can anyone offer me a possible fix?
I had the thinkpoint virus on windows 7. I got everything removed and now I can't view thumbnail pictures anymore. I have to click preview to be able to actually see anything. Can anyone help me? Has anyone been able to fix this?
