I used to play all type of file such mp4,mp3,flv,wmv and etc with my wmplayer.
Recently,i download 1 software for subtitle.
After that,i cannot use my wmp to play flv files.
So,i uninstalled the subtitle software from my pc.
But still,my wmp cannot play flv...
Ok, so, I would like to have a program to make subtitles for videos real quick. It has to be fast and efficient. I already tried Subtitle Workshop or something but I don't really like it. I'd like to have something as soon as possible because I'll be out soon. I may accept to drop a few bucks...

I have a laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium (64Bits).
When i need to reproduce subtitles with an MPEG4 Type film WMP does not reproduce the subtitle.
I installed K-Lite Full 5.7.5 and with Media Player Classic HomeCinema the subtitles are displayed.
If the film is in AVI Type...
How do you enable Closed Captions (CCs) for DVDs in Windows Media Center? I have a DVD that has no subtitles, but only CCs, and I just can't seem to be able to display them!:(
It take's quite a long time before WMP12's timeline bar disappear when the mouse hovers off it
If it could instantly disappear(no need to disable the fade out effect) when my mouse hovers off it, it shall be really wonderful.

Let's talk about microsoft and their stupid mfpmp.exe that is blocking my external subtitles, stopping me from watching TV online with windows media player and so on. If I want to watch a movie, every time I have to rename mfpmp.exe. Is there any solution to this problem? Lots of people complain...

i'm having an issue joing subtitles with my movies ( using windows media player and windows media center ).
tried everything but no solutions
used to work fine with windows Vista but now...it just doesn't work
ahh..the 2 files ( movie and subtitle ) are having the same...
Anyone know how to display subtitles on a DivX movie on Windows 7 Media Center? Ffdshow or vobsub does nothing. It seems like 7MC handles that format with internal encoders. How to get around this? Anyone?
