I want to download powerpoint templates from microsoft office online but windows 7 does not let me download. please help.

When I change the options in both Explorer and all my Office applications (Eg. font size, the NORMAL template and Macros) when I open up the programmes again none of the options I changed or the Macros have been saved. Can someone make a suggestion or help.:confused: Thanks, Martin
