upgrade issues

It's just dont work! I can't find any upgrades, and, once I will find them and load, i can't install it.

I have got Windows 7 working by upgrading from Vista and now have a dual boot system. I cannot find out how to delete the vista partition or any other way of reclaiming half the disk! W7 won't let me partition, format or delete the vista partition. Can someone tell me how to do it?
