Hi there, the CPU is constantly displaying 100% in windows task manager > users tab. However when I try other 3rd party programs the CPU is displaying correctly at idle 1%. Is this a bug? Or is there any way to fix it? I am sure the CPU is at 1% when left idle. Core temps readings

I installed a second stick of DDR3 1x8gb in my system. I opened up task manager and it detects 16gb of ram, but it only shows 8gb in use. Link Removed Is this normal, or do I have to allow my computer to use all 16gb? Thank you
