📎 AI Summary:
The thread asks whether Windows can replace the normal graphical login screen with a command-line style login prompt (username/password) and whether the login screen itself can be removed. The replies (from other contributors) focus on the feasibility of changing the pre-logon authentication UI, generally indicating it isn’t something Windows supports normally and would require unsupported, unsafe, or highly custom approaches. Overall, the sentiment is that the request isn’t straightforward and isn’t realistically possible via standard settings/tools.

[Help] Command Line and Login Screen

Is there any way to make my login screen simply a command line? I dont want to access cmd at my login screen(i can already do that), im just wondering if its possible to get rid of the login screen itself and have there be something like: "username" "password" shown like in the cmd? Is that possible?
