Interesting video, but it goes beyond what I would be willing to do. I have seen little PC air conditioners available, but they are not in this ballpark. Not sure if it would require a really serious over-clocker, or just someone wanting a project to challenge their genius.

It's not for your average user or home hobbyist that's for sure. Just someone with a lot of time on their hands who had an idea and made it happen is all.
