But it's strange, I could play Fifa 2009, Pro soccer 2009, Red Alert 3, Football manager 2009 on vista before. Should work on windows 7 also right?
Yes, technically they SHOULD work on Windows 7 if they were working on Windows Vista but unfortunately that isn't always true..

I think what you really need to do is get an updated video card driver (rather than just the "standard VGA graphics adapter"
Try downloading this freeware utility and see if you can locate a manufacturer name and/or model number for your video card:
