2 rundll32.exe and 2 other processes that dont have descriptions?!?

    So here is a image of my Windows Task Manager: Processes.
    91 are running, these are just the basics that are on when I turn on my laptop.
    Running windows 7 ultimate x64, 4GB ram, nvidia geforce 9600m gt graphics card, dual intel core processors at 2.20 GHz on a HP Pavilion Dv7 laptop.

    Notice the 3 processes that do not have a discription, and the 2 rundll32.exe
    I have researched this a bit and seems like some in cases this is normal, and others it is not. I am worried at the moment because I think I am the victim of a keylogger. I play World of Warcraft and it seems like a Key Logger is screwing with my game.....


    Also any other suggestions about which of these processes I can normally shut down is welcomed since I am pretty much leave them on while gaming. Kinda a computer noob.
