Hello guys

My PC Specs are:

Gigabyte GA-D3H-Z77 Motherboard
Gigabyte 2GB GTX 670 Graphics Card
Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) RAM
Intel i7 3770k processor
Noctua NH-D14 fan
Corsair 650W PSU
Lexa S Case

It turns out, I have had 3 Blue Screen of Death error messages.

I downloaded BlueScreenViewer, to find out what they were.

Here is a screenshot of the 3 error messages (which have occurred recently), and it tells you what driver/address it is being caused by. (click to zoom)

Link Removed

So they are:

MEMORY_MANAGEMENT
BAD_POOL_HEADER
SYSTEM_SERVICE EXCEPTION

Could anyone tell me what to do in order to resolve this issue?

I really appreciate your time for even reading this, and would be very greatful for your help.

P.S, I custom built my PC, it's about 3 months old at the most.

I uploaded them in more detail, individually, like a Dump file report, but seen via BlueScreenReader :)

Solution
You had a series of BSOD's back in June - then nothing until September. What did you do to fix those in June?

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:
Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these...

3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates (may take repeated visits)
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates. May take repeated visits, but keep it up until you get several "Windows is updated" results.
If you're having difficulties with installing a Service Pack, please use the SURTool from this link: What is the System Update Readiness Tool?
Also, check out this troubleshooting link from Microsoft: Troubleshoot problems installing Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2

I have had limited success in installing updates/Service Packs when using a "clean boot". I suspect that I'm just bypassing the problem - and that it can come back to bite me in the butt later on.

You have 3 problem devices in MSINFO32:
Standard PS/2 Keyboard ACPI\PNP0303\4&FA2F13B&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.

High Definition Audio Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_8086&DEV_2806&SUBSYS_80860101&REV_1000\4&36B8CB0&0&0301 This device cannot start.

Microsoft PS/2 Mouse ACPI\PNP0F03\4&FA2F13B&0 This device is not present, is not working properly, or does not have all its drivers installed.
If you are using a USB keyboard and a USB mouse - those 2 errors are safe to ignore.
Your Intel Audio device is unable to start - have you installed drivers for it? If this is the built in sound card on the motherboard - you can get drivers for it from the motherboard support website.

Please un-install Gigabyte EasyTune6 - it is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems. If EasySaver is also installed, please un-install it also. Your EasyTune6 driver dates from 2006 - so it's essential to remove this.

Please un-install MSI Afterburner. It (along with Riva Tuner and EVGA Precision) are known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems.

Also, if you are overclocking, please revert back to a standard (non-overclocked) system temporarily (while we're testing). Once the system has been stabilized feel free to resume the overclock. Just FYI - the CPU numbers don't show an overclock.

Please un-install Apple Charger (aka Gigabyte On/Off Charge) - these utilities have been known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems. Once the system is stabilized (no more BSOD's) feel free to install the latest version of this utility (if you need it).

HotSpotShield is known to cause BSOD's on some Win7 systems - please uninstall it from your system immediately.
You may want to try this application again - but I'd suggest waiting until they've updated it (look for updates from September 2012 and later).
