Windows 7 3 Options when starting Windows

When I start Windows 7 64 I get 3 boot options
1. Windows 7
2. Windows 7 (recovered)
3. Windown 7 (recovered)

The first 2 are both dead and I would like to know how to make them go away. I used the start up disk it shows all 3 options but the first 2 it says that there is 0kb in both files and that only the 3rd oprion has any info in it. Any help that you could provide would be great Thank you.

OR, also...

> msconfig > Boot tab. The 3 will be listed. Delete the 2 dead ones there. Done like dinner
