Microsoft is preparing an Agent 365 Dashboard inside Copilot Analytics’ Insights experience, giving organizations a single reporting view for agents registered through Microsoft Agent 365. The feature is listed as Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 567667 and is currently marked “In development.”
Per Microsoft’s roadmap entry, customers that have both Agent 365 and Microsoft 365 Copilot will be able to use the dashboard to examine activity across their registered agents, including historical data. Preview availability is scheduled for July 2026, with general availability targeted for September 2026, for worldwide standard multi-tenant tenants on the web.
Agent 365 is Microsoft’s management and governance layer for organizational AI agents, intended to provide visibility and control over agents regardless of how they were created. The new dashboard appears to bring its operational data into Copilot Analytics, rather than requiring leaders to review agent activity separately from broader Copilot reporting.
Microsoft’s roadmap description does not specify the exact measures that will be exposed. It says only that leaders will be able to understand activity across all agents registered through Agent 365 and view historical data. That leaves open important details such as retention periods, whether reporting will cover individual agent usage trends, and how granular the available data will be.
The placement in Copilot Analytics is notable. Organizations already using Microsoft’s employee-facing Viva and Copilot measurement tools will likely see the dashboard as a way to put agent adoption alongside existing Copilot usage reporting. For IT teams, it may offer a more practical inventory-and-activity view of agents that have moved beyond pilot projects into managed production use.
The roadmap lists both Preview and General Availability release rings, but does not identify separate licensing requirements beyond customers having Agent 365 and Copilot. Microsoft also cautions that roadmap dates are estimates and can change before rollout.
Admins evaluating the feature should make sure the agents they want counted are registered through Agent 365, since Microsoft’s wording ties dashboard coverage to that registration. They should also review who currently has access to Copilot Analytics and Insights before historical agent data becomes available.
Organizations using Agent 365 can expect the dashboard to begin appearing in preview during July 2026, subject to Microsoft’s rollout schedule.

Who should care
This is not a Windows client update, nor does it change how end users invoke Copilot or individual agents. It is primarily an analytics addition for Microsoft 365 administrators, Copilot program owners, and business leaders running Agent 365.The roadmap lists both Preview and General Availability release rings, but does not identify separate licensing requirements beyond customers having Agent 365 and Copilot.
