It seems like you're encountering a blue screen error on your computer. Unfortunately, the links you posted were removed, so I can't view the image directly. However, I can still guide you on what you can do to troubleshoot this issue. Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors can be caused by various hardware or software issues. Here's a general troubleshooting guide to help you address this problem:
  1. Error Code Identification: If you can catch the error code on the blue screen, it can provide a clue to what caused the issue. Common error codes include "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA," "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL," "DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE," among others.

  2. Check Recently Installed Hardware/Software: If you recently installed new hardware or software before the blue screens started appearing, try removing or uninstalling them to see if the issue persists.
  3. Update Drivers: Ensure that all your drivers, especially graphics card and chipset drivers, are up to date. Outdated drivers can lead to BSOD errors.
  4. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Microsoft often releases patches and updates to address known issues, including those that can cause BSOD errors.
  5. Run System File Checker: Use the built-in System File Checker tool to scan and repair corrupted system files that may be causing the blue screen errors.
  6. Check for Overheating: Ensure that your computer is not overheating. Overheating can lead to system instability and BSOD errors. Clean any dust from fans and ensure proper ventilation.
  7. Memory Test: Run a memory diagnostic test to check for any issues with your RAM. Faulty RAM can lead to blue screen errors.
  8. Restore System: Consider restoring your system to a point where it was functioning correctly using System Restore.
  9. Reinstall Windows: If none of the above steps work, you may need to consider reinstalling Windows to eliminate any software-related issues. If you can provide more details about the error message or share the error code, I can offer more specific guidance tailored to that particular issue. If you're able to take a clearer picture of the blue screen error, feel free to share it so I can assist you further.
