Windows 7 active partition problem

In restoring C: drive using TrueImage 2009, TrueImage encountered an error; so I restored an earlier version of
C: which worked. Unfortunately, it didn't make C: active and bootable. Used the Win7 repair disk I created to fix the error; on the second use of Repair it made the 3rd partition on disk 1 active and bootable. Win now boots from my F: drive and all
Win files are on C:.
How can I make C: drive active again? Win7's disk management offers no help. Do I have to reformat both partitions and use older backups?
Sure wish fdisk were back.
Thanks for any help.

You are saying in Disk Management, if you right click on the C partition, you do not get an option to make that partition active?

Do you have anything on the F: partition you need to keep?

Disk Management gives no option for C: drive or F: drive about Active or to make not Active.
Lots on F: drive I need but have a current backup(s).
