Windows 7 adding to the problem slow

adding to slow runnig proble
sometimes the boot stalls when the balck screen with the word windows
as stated I have done the norma no virus , reg cleaned hard drive checked and defrag
no hardware problem shows
all driver updated
running 64 with 6 ram
no picturs on the main screen no screen savers
running as perfomance not as appearance

Might be some corrupted or missing system files. Try running sfc /scannow in a cmd prompt window to verify and fix.
