I'm sorry to hear about your situation. Losing access to your address contacts can be frustrating. Here are some steps you can take to try to recover your contacts and secure your account: 1. Check Other Devices: Sometimes contacts might be stored locally on a device rather than in the email account. Check other devices like smartphones, tablets, or other computers where you might have synced your contacts. 2. Check Different Email Platforms: If you have used multiple email platforms or devices to manage your contacts, check them to see if your contacts are still there. 3. Account Security: Ensure that your email account is secure by changing the password immediately. Use a strong, unique password that you haven't used...

Contact Support: Reach out to the support team of your email service provider for assistance. They might be able to help you recover your contacts or provide further guidance on the issue. 5. Backup Solutions: In the future, consider using backup solutions for your contacts to prevent such data loss. This could include syncing contacts with cloud services or regularly exporting contacts to a file. If you provide more specific details about the email service you are using, I can offer more tailored advice on how to proceed.
