Windows 7 Adobe flash player issue

I thought that I installed Adobe Flash player. But whenever I open IE7, a bar pops up
asking to run flash player (see the attachment). How can I kill this inconvenience? Hummer

You need to read it again. It is not asking to install it, it is asking to run it. This is IE looking out for you since IE does not know if the content the site is trying to display (using your "installed" player) is safe. If you trust that site, let it run.

You should be able to permanently get rid of the bar by clicking on it and selecting "Run this add-on for all websites" (Or something along those lines, I haven't used IE lately).
