Windows 7 adress bar in IE8

Hey guys glade to have a found a specialized seven forum!

i have a litle issue..

i have windows seven ultimate .my Ei adress bar is black!so when i type an adress i cant see anything..nomather how many themes i tryed still the same?any suggestions?

just did needed to run as amin..

found one error that it could not fix..cbs?

so i bboted up my pc this morning and now my windows look like windows 98..lol

so that meens somthing worked?what do i do from here?

lol i hade to do a system restore..i rebboted and it sayed missing logonUI files and explorer exe was corrupted...

now im back to same thing...staying as is..lol !

I'd try booting from your windows 7 disk then when at the install screen click 'Repair' instead. If that doesn't work then you could do an 'upgrade' installation which would keep your files and folders intact whilst reinstalling win 7..
