Can you please specify the exact make and model number of this system? I can not find any results. If you are unsure, check the Alienware website or contact their support department.

As Mike says we need the full model number because there are a number of different models see:

This is a link for the Aurora model. It may not be your exact model but if you look under 'System configuration' you should be able to find out what your default speed is.
