Extract my attachment. Then copy/paste the avicap32.dll to C:\Windows\System32
It will ask you if you want to replace the one there already. Choose to do that.
Reboot.
If for some reason it won't let you copy over the file, use safe mode to do so.
Let us know how it goes.

done. deleted it with linux
there was 2 files damaged avrt.dll and avicap32.dll
redownloaded them and replaced them 100% but still have the same error when trying to open songs\some of applications. so it seems like the problem is not in the files but in the hard drive
and the sound isn't working
could be the hard drive is damaged?
the funny thing that 70% of the programs working 100%. explorers are also fine.
the video player is fine only no sound at all.
if i will format only 1 disk (the hard disc is split to 3 labels)
because when i also tried to install 32 bit i had this error:
and i also tried to install even xp and also gave me error
weird computer

Download, install, run then update the definitions in Malwarebytes in safe mode + networking. Scan the system with it and let it remove anything it finds.
Then try running an sfc /scannow again, after a reboot to safe mode.
done everything. no viruses where found.
did also the sfc /scannow and restarted. still same errors
