Hi, its been a long time since i last posted about my bsod and after i fixed them i began to get more of these. the only way i can replicate the problem is when i move or copy+paste files in the computer, mostly if it is from my computer to a external hardrive or usb...
i attached the latest minidump file i got Link Removed

Edit: Go another bsod... if it helps i uploaded the minidump from that crash Link Removed

Solution
Disable the services. SSD's don't need defrag and they really don't need superfetch. Both of those service put unnecessary load on SSD's.

i just did that, i dont really see any difference by now

EDIT: Ok thanks to everyone who helped me with the problem; but i called dell and they sent a replacement ssd and now my computer is working 100%
anyone can read the minidump files? i'm getting the bsod more often than before

Hi netoxr2000,

I'll have a look when I get back this evening. :D

STOP 0x000000F4: CRITICAL_OBJECT_TERMINATION
Usual causes:
???

Your latest dump file lists wininit.exe as the probable cause.
This is a Windows System file and for it to be the cause of your crash is highly unlikely.
Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.
Random stop codes can often indicate hardware issues.

As a Priority:

There's not a lot two go on with your two (identical) dump files. Can you give us some more information??

Please see: Link Removed Following Method 2:
Download
and run the SF Diagnostics Tool. Right click the SF Diag tool and select Run as Administrator before running. When the reports have been created, zip them up and attach to a post.

Download and run CPU-Z. Take screenshots**/snips of the CPU tab, Mainboard tab, Memory tab and all the slot #'s under the SPD tab.
Go to Post Reply, click on the Go Advanced button and attach the screenshots**/snips to your post for all the RAM experts to see by using the paper clip you will find on the top toolbar. Do not zip them up.
**
If screenshots, please crop.

HTH.

Thanks for reply, but now i think it is a hardware problem; i ran memtest86 two times already and it hasn't shown any problems yet so (maybe) it cant be a bad RAM, the only other thing i can think as the cause of the problem is the SSD, sometimes when i tried to copy and paste random files it would crash into that bsod, after that i just ran a chkdsk and it would detect some problems and fix them, this was a common issue and it had me very annoyed, performing chkdsk everytime i had that bsod. now the problem is that i've been getting those bsod but chckdsk is not finding any errors in the drive so now im not sure what is the cause... would it be ssd error? ram error? or something else i missed?

note that i only get these bsod while copying and pasting files into other drives (like external hdd or usb) or opening them; be it a video, pdf, etc. or a random file from a game and it is VERY random and i don't know when its going to happen.

sounds like bad sectors on the hdd. when you attempt to access files that are on the bad sectors, it's curtains for the comp.
If it happens to ANY file being copied, this might not be the case. If it happens to specific files that were created around the same time, could be it.

If so'
run sfc/scannow - may take forever it there are bad sectors.

or try a defrag and maybe move the partition

Yes, it happens more with files downloaded from internet and it is very random

Well, just did a sfc/scannow and i got

Beginning system scan. This process will take some time.

Beginning verification phase of system scan.
Verification 100% complete.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

still COULD be bad sectors. only way to know is to do a checkdisk - sfc/scannow in a command window. Or get a free partition manager app and have it scan for bad sectors. Bad secs blow big time, I have a chunk of about 30-40GB on my TB drive that are bad. When something hits them, BAM, its all over. Got much better after I shifted partition positions around and put a chunk of unallocated space where I thought it was.

I couldnt even run a checkdisk, as soon as it tested a bad sector, it froze.

But I would think that this would be the most likely problem. copy/pasting shouldn't give anything issues, period.

any suggestion for a free partition manager?

EaseUS Partition Master Home Edition - Download.com

Not sure if this will be of any help, though, if the sectors aren't bad. Perhaps have it run its "deep' scan integrity check or whatever it is called.

i just did a chkdsk and it fixed a few err ors, then i downloaded and installed easeUS; i think it works fine but when it finds a bad sector the computer crashes into a bsod

May I suggest as your using a ssd you disable defrag and superfetch services and see how it goes.

If it helps, I have just completed weeks of suffering BSOD's randomly blaming this or that - i.e. false error messages. Changed several bits of hardware including DDR3. However, chkdsk eventually convinced me that a one year old hdd may be going home - 6 bad sectors and growing - so I replaced it with a new 1TB hdd. The BSOD's stopped! So it may be your hdd - I say MAY be.
