this comes with all browser .... and also no one browser open..
i cant find any file in C drive///
also check in regedit

Download process explorer Process Explorer. Launch and click and drag the cross-hair over that pop up. Process Explorer will show you which process it is. That should help you remove it.

I would recommend running a AV scan on your machine to make sure its not infected.
