Windows 10 Anyone know where this setting is on Windows 10 task bar?

On previous version of Windows, on the task bar you could choose to combine/split application documents. Meaning that if i have 3 Excel sheets open, they default to one excel icon/task but i could set to 3 separate icons/tasks

Anyone know where this setting is on Windows 10 task bar?
