Hello, recently my PC has been unable to play sound. My OS is Windows 10 x64. I've tried multiple fixes: uninstalling and reinstalling audio drivers, changing NVIDIA and Realtek audio drivers to High Definition audio drivers, System File Checker, Memory Diagnostics. I've also tried checking if Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint are running and run automatically; they are.

"Issues found
Audio services not responding - Not fixed
Restart audio services - Completed

One or more audio service isn't running - Issue not present
Audio device is disabled - Issue not present

Both the Windows Audio and the Windows Audio End Point Builder services must be running for audio to work correctly. At least one of these services isn't responding.

Hi

My first fix for issues like this it to go to Device Manager and Uninstall the Sound Device.
Next reboot your computer and Widows will detect, find the drivers for, and reinstall the device.

9 times out of 10 this will fix the issue.

To uninstall the device, find it in the Audio Inputs and Outputs category.
Right click on it and select Uninstall.

You may multiple devices, so you need to know which one you speakers are plugged into.
